Executive Producer — Any investor contributing twenty percent (20%) or more of the Capital Raise (i.e., $100,000+) will receive an “Executive Producer” credit on-screen and in all paid advertising and promotional materials, subject to customary placement, size, and guild restrictions (if any).

Associate Producer — Any investor contributing between two percent (2%) and 19.99% of the Capital Raise (i.e., $10,000 to $99,999) will receive an “Associate Producer” credit in the end titles and in promotional materials, subject to the same restrictions.
